As honest as I can get,. 1 start is a lot ... my hair was very long and now is at my neck length, I let her know ahead of time, I didn't like short hair on myself, the price was ridiculous to me specially after obviously messing up my hair, no empathy or customer satisfaction care/knowledge. I can't straighten it seems like a child cut some parts of my hair. My hair was not damaged or bleached so we can't even blame those factors. I would not recommend. Aurora is amazing ! I came in for some baby lights and a haircut and she killed it. Endless compliments this week on my new hair. Definitely my new hair lady !
