All they care about is how they will be paid. I had my military ID and told them I was tricare prime all they cared about was a referral and if they were going to be paid. I called my insurance well before this appointment and was told for mental health appts one didn’t need a referral. These people could not understand that. I will go to them for my child as he likes William but I will not go there for my own care as they are so caught up in billing.
