Office constantly canceled appointments for a family member often times rescheduling with out contacting to notify of canceled appointments or rescheduled appointments. Getting medication refilled is a pain and often times impossible. Family member was also discharged with out notification. This was the second time this happened. Definitely not a clinic to rely on for basic mental health services I couldn't imagine having and/or having a family member with sever mental health issues and needing to rely on this practice for s... read more
Didn't help with my suicidal thoughts. Told to kick rocks. They won't treat you or recommend anywhere that will if you have symptoms of borderline personality disorder. Everything is worse now than it was and I feel like I will break any day now.
Horrible staff.
Worst mental health facility I've ever had to deal with. When they actually have me with a therapist I'm my appointments are constantly canceled or rescheduled. I've been currently waiting over a month for another appointment, and again was canceled on a couple days before my appointment, I've been waiting since JANUARY to see someone again. Its pretty much pointless to even try to get help here.
I’m giving 2 stars because in the past I have had wonderful care here. But after this phone call I just had with the nurse Mark I could never give more than two. I was on the phone and he called me a liar, and then told me to go to hell. What nurse says that to mental health patient? I’m so distraught and heart broken. I’m not sure of his last name but his first name is Mark and he is Chrisea Banes nurse. I hope that somebody gets ahold of me about this.
