I had the best experience! I purchased a Groupon...scheduled a trip 3 times but due to weather had 3 cancellations. I received a call back within 24-48 hours everytime! Would definitely book again and plan on bringing the kids next time!!! The river was beautiful!

I would never recommend this livery to anyone. They are rude, unreliable and don't care at all about their customers. Don't give your money to them - spend it somewhere where they appreciate you and take care of you. This is not worth it.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The woman at the front desk was rude, yelled at us after she left us stranded in a thunderstorm and wouldn't apologize. Do NOT go to this place.

This place is awful! If I could give 0 stars I would. The old woman at the front desk is mean and very rude! We waited an hour during a severe storm to be picked up. We called like 20 times and they only answered after we walked up to the houses and knocked on doors at the local houses. I will never go back. I hate them!

Customer service is the worst. The woman at the check in is rude to say the least. We went down without an appointment but we tried to call twice with no answer. When we got there we waited 15 minutes in a line. I went around the corner and saw the woman just sitting there. I politely inquired as to when we might be able to rent a canoe. She responded that if I didn't have a group on ad a reservation it probably wouldn't be today.
