I dropped my car off at 10:30 a.m. for a 1:30 p.m. appointment for an oil change. They called me at 12:30 letting me know that my car was ready. When I picked it up, it appeared to have been washed. It looked pretty nice and shiny! The attendants were very polite. I would recommend this location for regular maintenance on a vehicle.
Got a fair deal and the whole process was very easy. Joey Bryant was very knowledgeable and helpful, as was everyone we dealt with at Toyota of Slidell.
I visited Toyota of Slidell on January 03,2017 and it was late in the evening, I didn't think I was going to get serviced because of the time, but immediately after pulling in this nice gentleman walked up to my car , and I asked was it to late to get an oil change he immediately said no mame, we can have you ready in about 45 mins I said GREATTT, I had a seat in the very comfortable and clean waiting room 30 mins later my car was ready oil was changed and tires rotated.
