I had a great experience buying my car. I had spoken with them on the phone and they were ready for me. I test drove the car and it was exactly what I told them I was looking for. They were able to get the payments to fit my budget. I would strongly recommend this dealership. Marlon and Bruce did a fantastic job.

I am so disappointed to write a negative review about this dealership, because the only other Toyota dealership is 10 times worse (I bought my vehicle from Greer). I stopped by today at 1pm to get an oil change, the service department closes at 3:30pm on Saturdays. The service doors were closed when I arrived at 1, and the service rep advised me that I could leave my vehicle and pick it up Monday. She said they had already met their limit for the day and were not taking in any more repairs for Saturday, even though it was ST... read more
I have been going to Toyota of Greenville for about 7 years now and have to say they are my favorite dealership. I have bought cars from the used and new side at fair prices. I have also had all of my vehicles services at this dealership. They are very honest people to work with on the sales and service side. Also, while I am getting an oil change or other maintenance done they have an internet cafe to keep me occupied.
Check parts prices and labor charges - in recent experience they wanted twice what other toyota dealer service quoted, 5 times what I could order genuine toyota part for online. A polite request for an explanation was completely ignored.
