I just purchased a 2020 RAV4 from Dartmouth Toyota. Our salesman, Brent Pacheco was the best! Brent made the whole buying experience stress free. He listened and found the exact vehicle I wanted. Thank you Brent! If I hear of anyone looking to buy a new Toyota I will be sending them your way.
They sold me a car I really enjoy, and they were easy to deal with. Had a small problem a month in; They got me in quickly, and took care of the issue as it was covered under their warranty. In customer service and the sale itself, I am actually impressed with these guys. Thank you!

I DO NOT recommend Toyota of Dartmouth due to their prejudice sales employee and would recommend you take your business elsewhere, particularly if you are a person of a minority descent. I was looking at purchasing a new Toyota Highlander. The sales associate told me the color I wanted would cost more and no cars were currently being manufactured (as a truck full of brand new cars pulled up). Promise the world to make the deal then when it's time to honor them it's conveniently"not in the computer". Given 4 oil changes when purchased truck, make appointment and the free oil changes don't appear in the computer. We drove out from RI and they would not honor it but offered a coupon...lol! . Funny thing is we were looking to buy a vehicle while we waited. They should have better customer service, Jamie was so rude and disrespectful. Think twice, lots of dealership to choose from.
