Have been renting here a few years. I was interested in buying a double wide. They showed me one that I was interested in and I started filling out paper work. Got approved for the loan and such. Then the manager sold it to someone else. On top of that, I am being charged a double wide price for a single wide. It was listed as 949 and when I went to sign the lease it jumped to 1099.
