they don't enforce there rules, on one side of me the grass is half way up the trailer and the other side they park in the yard and even drive on my yard. for what there charge for lot rent. lol.

Rent is acceptable. We try and keep up on our lot looking decent, while our neighbors leave open skirting year long that looks like crap, skirting blowing into our yard. Have complained several times and nothing is done.
I love it here. I bought my home HERE. The only thing that really bothers me is that there is a SHOOTING range right up the street that I was unaware of

It's just a crap park. Rent way to high for what it is. Just get an apartment for the same price
