We ordered a piece of equipment in July and fully paid for it and never received it. John, how about you give us our $100,000 back. Several emails have been sent and you are no longer responding. We still haven't received our refund. Does Alpha Fusion Extracts sound familiar?

We put our trust in John from scientific Solutions and paid him for tons of equipment for our lab. 6 months later and we still haven't received upwards of $25,000 worth of equipment. The Ares falling film we purchased has a broken pump and doesn't work and parts are impossible to find, the Delta cup we purchased has a broken seal which costed over an extra $10,000 once fixed, The jalabo Chiller we purchased from John does not work at all and had to be mailed back to the manufacturer because it has a broken compressor and wat... read more

We encountered a minor issue with one of our machines, but having collaborated with John for years, we were confident it would be resolved efficiently. Despite a slight delay, he fixed it quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
