Absolutely awful company. I wish I had read reviews before doing business with them. We sent a payment of $14,000 for in stock equipment in December of 2025 and still have not received the product. Nothing but a couple responses with empty promises since the transaction.

Good Titrations been a long time customer of Scientific Solutions. (beginning 2016-2017) Up until our last order, we have had a positive experience. In October of 2023 we ordered a tote of ethanol. As of today, January 9, 2026 we have still not received this shipment! I requested a refund and was assured by the CEO John that he had our order on the way, but he continues to dodge my calls and ignore my emails and messages. We ordered a piece of equipment in July and fully paid for it and never received it. John, how about you give us our $100,000 back. Several emails have been sent and you are no longer responding. We still haven't received our refund. Does Alpha Fusion Extracts sound familiar?

We put our trust in John from scientific Solutions and paid him for tons of equipment for our lab. 6 months later and we still haven't received upwards of $25,000 worth of equipment. The Ares falling film we purchased has a broken pump and doesn't work and parts are impossible to find, the Delta cup we purchased has a broken seal which costed over an extra $10,000 once fixed, The jalabo Chiller we purchased from John does not work at all and had to be mailed back to the manufacturer because it has a broken compressor and wat... read more
