How rare to deal with a Company of this caliber. We have a ceiling crack and peeling that gave us concern because our roof had recent repairs for leaking in the same spot. We were worried about potential mold. SRS came quickly, on time, inspected the ceiling using a moisture meter and latter and concluded there was no moisture or mold and that the wall cracking was most likely structure shifting.
