There is a rude lady named Erica that works here and thinks she knows the law and even thinks she owns the business. I spoke with Mike the owner and he was very understanding and apologized for her behavior and she sent me an email and never apologized for her wrong comments that she made. Stay away and don't deal with her and find another company that's more professional and is willing to take accountability.

How rare to deal with a Company of this caliber. We have a ceiling crack and peeling that gave us concern because our roof had recent repairs for leaking in the same spot. We were worried about potential mold. SRS came quickly, on time, inspected the ceiling using a moisture meter and latter and concluded there was no moisture or mold and that the wall cracking was most likely structure shifting. This company S.R.S. gets beyond A+ they are awesome. Great company very outstanding efficiency and professional. The team literally came to my rescue when I had a busted pipe in the slab and caused water damage through out certain areas of the house.
