These guys truly live up to the name Scientific Restoration Specialist Inc. Had a major flood issue, which caused water damage in my home. From the moment I called, to the detailed walk through. They laid out all work that needed to be done. Along with helping me better understand my insurance claim. These gentlemen went above and beyond. I highly recommend using their services. There is a rude lady named Erica that works here and thinks she knows the law and even thinks she owns the business. I spoke with Mike the owner and he was very understanding and apologized for her behavior and she sent me an email and never apologized for her wrong comments that she made. Stay away and don't deal with her and find another company that's more professional and is willing to take accountability.

Wow I didn't realize the damage water could do. I had a leak that went unnoticed. By the time I found it and stopped it the damage was done. There was mold that was making my family sick. Scientific Restoration Specialist INC. came in right away, got rid of the mold and made sure it wasn't coming back. All i can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.

This company S.R.S. gets beyond A+ they are awesome. Great company very outstanding efficiency and professional. The team literally came to my rescue when I had a busted pipe in the slab and caused water damage through out certain areas of the house.
