RecommendedWonderful staff makes it even better to shop local! Love my TB16 and I am so impressed with the customer service. Health stores can be overwhelming but Cory and Joel were both incredibly helpful and made the experience fun. The handwritten thank you note was the cherry on top! I am so incredibly impressed I am with this company. I have not personally been in the store, but am planning the almost 2 hour drive soon because they have won me over. I have been using the TB16 for a few months now and with each order comes a handwritten personal note, this alone is awesome! There are very few companies that take that extra time, something so small can mean a great deal. Now comes the review on the TB16, guys/gals its a must have for sure! This is something I make sure to never run out of!
