Would not even give them 1 star!! They install new roof on our house 2 years again and left a hole around our hvac. They said the hvac was rusted. But why didnt they tell us that when they were installing our roof!! There was no hole before but after they install the new suddenly there us a hole around the hvac. Very unprofessional!! They still claim that is not there issue. But it is!!!if
The team at SCI Roofing has been amazing. They took the time to come out and do a thorough inspection of our roof. Afterward they showed me pictures and videos of what they found and explained the process of evaluation. I called in a claim to my insurance company and SCI has guided me every step of the way. When the insurance adjuster came to the house, SCI had arrived early to prepare for the meeting. The owner, personally was there to talk with the adjuster and to show what had been found. Hi. I just want to share my experience of *** Roofing. *************************, their technical sales rep assessed and documented the hail damage to my roof after a hailstorm last fall. He helped me get my homeowners claim approved, even though we had to submit documentation 3 times to do so. The *** installantion team was really talented and completed the new roof in 1 day, did a very professional job and made sure the clean-up left the grounds around my house the way they found it. I highly recommend this company.
