SCI committed to install my window ac unit. They connected with me via Home Depot "professional installation" program. Had no idea they're a carpet cleaning outfit... said they've done many ac installs. Said they'd arrive on Monday, then We'd, then Thur... no show, no call, radio silence. Very unprofessional. Avoid.
