I highly recommend Andrew and the entire team at Schwenker Homes! Andrew helped me with purchasing my first home and the whole experience was better than I could have asked for. From recommending a mortgage broker, lawyer or home inspector they made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. Any issues that came up they had a solution and took care of it. PRO: Great guy! Real honest and hard working. Its awesome to see a man who can mix profession and family values so perfectly. CON: Makes my arms look like my 10 year old son's. PRO: He can do back flips. CON: I cant. PRO: He sucks at golf so I always beat him. CON: No seance of real accomplishment when I CRUSH his A$$ in golf.

I have not dealt with anyone who is more genuinely engaged with the goal of the customer than Andrew Dunlop. He helped us find a great house in our dream neighborhood, for a great price. Not only did he land that for us, but he managed to rent our previous home in less than 2 weeks after we moved out. He was even there to share some drinks and help us move in to our new place.
