Horrible customer service! I went to Schweitzer's this past Saturday (11/14) to bring in my lawnmower for general clean-up and maintenance for the off-season (change oil/filter, etc). The woman at the service counter was RUDE! She said they don't work on lawnmowers after 11/1 because it was snowblower season. I said I thought it was odd because it is the season for winterizing lawnmovers and she said all people really do for winterizing is run the gas out.
