This office was more concerned about collecting $50 in erroneous charges from me than collaborating to resolve a billing and records mistake and keeping me as a patient. I went in for a small cyst removal, and the procedure failed, so I was told to come in for a second attempt and would not be charged for the first attempt. So I returned, had a successful cyst removal and paid the bill in full for the second appointment. Peter is by far one of the BEST dermatologists I’ve had the pleasure to work with — I just “graduated” today and have never felt so confident in my own skin! Highly recommend these great people!!!
I received prompt service and excellent care. The staff were cordial and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to friends and I will definitely return if needed.
So hard to reach and does not return phone calls. Also they have billed me for procedures that didn’t happen during my visit and it is such a pain to try to get them to remove the charges
