One of the most incompetent billing departments ive ever experienced in the US. It took them 8 months to properly process my claim. They had 0 issues sending me erroneous bills every month for non insured service even though i was fully insured. They went as far as submitting their false claims to debt collectors. I wasted hours going through their AI agent phone concierge only to then end up in an endless circle of staff that never fixed the issue. Beware
