I absolutely do not recommend this place. I went there for a mole check, and the entire examination lasted maybe 60 seconds. A young assistant, Courtney Eckhout, examined me together with another staff member, and their attitude made the experience even worse. I did not feel that the examination was thorough or professional. Now I have to find another doctor and go through the whole process again because I do not feel confident that my moles were properly checked.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely difficult to book, poor communication, and no empathy. I waited 20 minutes just to be told they couldn’t see me, and I still couldn’t get my own medical records while standing there in person. The receptionist was nice, but management and the overall process were frustrating. Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Courtney Eckout. Every time I came in, her assistant was absolutely lovely — always warm, kind, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with Courtney herself was the complete opposite. During each appointment, I found her to be quite cold and disengaged, and I often felt as though I was bothering her or that she was trying to get me out as quickly as possible.
