The entire staff is so sweet here and I feel bad cause I’m always in a rush and over stimulated in between work so I probably seem bleh but I appreciate their kindness
I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and don’t have any complaints. I was seen in New York first and Todd Newman has continued my treatment. Good service and easy to book appointments.
It’s impossible to get someone from this office on the phone. I waited on hold for a full hour twice just to get test results and still no answer from a real person (they have an AI assistant pick up for them that is useless). They also charged me nearly $800 for a <5min visit to take a skin biopsy when I am In-Network with my insurance. Will not be returning.
There were challenges early on with treatment effectiveness. After follow-up, the provider revised the treatment plan. I appreciate that changes were made.
Illegally disclosed my medical information to my mom. Then charged me $50 when I canceled my appointment. Enjoy the HIPPA violations. Edit: They still send me bills for an appointment I canceled properly by the way. Even after calling and speaking with them multiple times.
