Avoid any rentals from this place!! If their other rentals are anything like the one I was at avoid them, seriously nothing but roach problems and mice problems that YOU have to deal with on your own and on top of that if you put in an order to have them fix something be ready for the waiting game. Oh and I forgot the mold is another problem that they won’t help with unless like they told me to buy mold killer before they would come in. If you cannot handle the heat be advised before you move in here expect your house to be on a daily between 90° and 105° inside your house expect it to cool down by 2:00 a.m. they put the cheapest air unit as possible also be far one your electric bill will always be high living here also when making a request the maintenance to fix things they won't fix everything they pick and choose what needs to be fixed and what doesn't they will leave some things unsolved and just leave it as is as far as everything else it's pretty me... read more

Moved out was charged and extra 1989.00 after they took security deposit ect to fix things tht was already a proble. When living in home and they where notified about on top of tht they went into home and left lights on and ran up duke power owed another 526 to them no to minchin tht the fixes on there propertys are never qaulity work carpets barely have hang over so when u walk on them the pull up easily aswell as had no plates in walk ways to help hold em in place manoleum floors cane with tears in monoleum ect all im gonn... read more
