I've been meaning to write this for a while. I first visited Dr. Schwarz office in Mar/Apr 2023 for a skin discoloration issue - basically melasma. She gave me a prescription that worked pretty well. I've only been to this office for one appointment, so far. The front office staff are very helpful, and although I showed up accidentally early, they were able to get me in to the doctor pretty quickly. The appointment itself was ok. Both the assistant and the doc seemed afraid of their own shadow. Doc seemed more interested in seeming nice than having an honest back and forth with a patient - she got very uncomfortable when I asked questions about my diagnosis and the treatment. The doctor was great! I had a staff infection and was treated immediately but the medicine that they gave me I had allergic reaction. It took several times to tell them, and they didn't understand ( nurse practitioner). They kept telling me I needed to keep finishing antibiotic but it was burning my skin and now I have blisters. They did give me a topical ointment, but just not happy. There's other antibiotics , my primary doctor is not happy.
Dr. Schawrz and her staff have been looking after me for years. I've had surgical procedures done by Dr. Schawrz and her confidence, attention to detail and her knowledge put me right at ease. I also visit this group for Kim the aesthetician. Always a great visit. I trust Dr. Schwarz with my skin. She's always been a great doctor.
