Post surgery follow up experience. Even with appt and showing up on time you are not seen until 30-45 min later. Awful. Front staff are clueless asking you to fill out insurance forms when not necessary. Read the file first!
So sick. Just got Custom LASIK and loving it. Totally tight. I can start my ninja training in 2-weeks. Very organized, kind, professional and awesome. Would recommend.
Had PRK on my right eye at Schwartz Laser Eye Center 24 years after having RK elsewhere. The staff at Schwartz is hyper efficient, but I never felt that they were rushed with me. The results are outstanding... very nearly perfect!
Thank you Dr. Schwartz for your excellent care and wonderful staff! Having my vision back to 20/15 so far is priceless!
