My experience with Dr. Schwartz was very similar to Mr. Salamone. The administrative staff is incompetent at best and in my mind misleading. I had scheduled an appointment for a cataract procedure for Feb 9th. The appointment was made on Jan 6th. The initial consult was done last spring and I thought I was good to go. After traveling 1100 miles to Scottsdale from Dallas, TX, I was told that I need a new consult and the procedure would not be scheduled until March, totally unacceptable. Best experience, your eyes are everything and he treats you like a person and not a patient. The staff is all so friendly and they make you feel at home! I have never been able to see so clear in my life!
Every client is treated like a vip. The staff is excellent. No matter where you live, this is the place to have your eyes corrected. Thank you for taking care of me.

For a high end place I thought I'd splurge on glasses 500 + dollars not including the eye exam. Glasses are mediocre at best. Never again.

So thrilled with my LASIK results! My appointments were always timely and with very friendly staff! Because I have a bum right eye, I had to have a second surgery and again, it was done professionally and with great care, with excellent results. Very pleased! Thank you!
