Up until recently I have had very good experiences with them …then all of a sudden their CS went down… way down. It’s a long story buy in the end I could not get an acceptable compensation for worse than bad service so I canceled my order and after about 20+years I will no longer use them. It’s a shame too as they have very good products.

Huge drop in service this last month. We are Done. Used to be a consistent date. Now you order online and get delays. I really liked Schwan's before it was purchased by CJ.
Great place in DALLAS,TX. HUGE Paved lot easy dock,quick unload,even moved last 2 plts.to rear for Last drop...Friendly Chat. Would Go there AGAIN.
