I was staying at the Marriott for business, and realized I needed a gift for mom's birthday. During my lunch break, I thought I'd just browse around to see what they had. When I saw the Rolex sign on the back wall, I thought "no-way could I afford anything there ... but I was wrong. I was greeted by really nice sales people who showed me suggestions for my $200 budget. I left there with a beautiful Alisa bangle bracelet, gift wrapped too! Amazing service and great selection.

1st class all the way around! Great selection of Rolex and Tudor. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made me feel right at home.

Went in to get a band adjusted on my Rolex. They asked if I bought it there and I said no. The service and attitude went downhill from there. After talking with someone they said that they couldn't get to it until tommotow. I said that won't work and I will take it to the Whitefish Bay location. Went to Ehitefish Bay and was told that the person that adjusts bands was out. They didn't even care to try to help me or accommodate me. Terrible attitude and bad service... Very bad service!
