I went there recently to look at a special gift for my sister. The selection was amazing; they had things from $60 on up ... I knew my budget was under $500 and was surprized to see how many things were available. I purchased an Alisa bracelet that was silver with a diamond rondelle. I can't wait to give it to her ... I had the jewelers af Schwanke-Kasten replace four prongs on my platinum engagement ring. Six months or so later I had my reading glasses prescription upgraded and notices the tone of the prongs seemed "off". When I took it to a new jewler they immediately could see they used white gold (which looks yellow in comparison) for the replacement prongs instead of platinum. I had to have the work redone, in addition to being charged initially for platinum and being given white gold. Very disappointing.
Wouldn't shop there even if someone paid me to. It's 2015, no one should be made to feel the way they made John Henson feel.
It breaks my heart how rude the staff were to me. How much good character they lacked. Brown skin is beautiful skin. As well as every other shade.
