Well I've been there alot with all kinds of illness and with my experience. ..it all depends on what doc. You get. I love being seen my dr.Michael he is great and he listens to you ..couldn't ask for a better ER doc

Excellent care! Every professional I've met here -- from the front desk administration to my primary care doc to the ER staff -- has been helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I feel that their affiliation with Cayuga Med has made my medical treatment more thorough as well.

Thought I'd already written more than one review. Doesn't matter, I'd write a positive review for these fine people and this fine hospital anytime anyone asked me to! I see Dr. Sabahat there for pain relief and have been in their E.R. three times so far. Staff is fantastic and I consider them friends. They know me when I walk in the door and their care given is second to none!

I was a patient in the emergency room in October and being 3 hours from home, alone and scared with pain in chest, down my back and arm tingling and numb, was treated as drug seeking, the NP even told me to my face "so what is really going on because to be quite honest your a mess!" I received no pain medication, nor was I offered any. as a healthcare professional myself I am still waiting to hear WHY I was treated the way I was. I left there in tears, no answers and alone to drive 3 hours home.
