It's not the worst hospital I've been to if you like a hospital that's a extreme stickler for the rules (saving their butt to make sure they don't get sued) over what sometimes might be better for you! Then it's your place. The Dr's are good besides 1 that I now of I've had 3 his name starts with S he's not good tells you what you want to hear and does the opposite! Been turned back on 2 minor surgeries because of new rules each time when I had a major surgery in Ithaca in between the 2 I was turned down for! They need to le... read more
The food is so bad it's like they are intentionally starving the patients. At the very least, it's a tacit statement that nutrition is insignificant, and not any viable part of the treatment plan. As a small hospital, this seems one area at which they could have excelled. It unfortunately undermined my confidence in everything they did. One of the ways we as a society allow our elderly and the vulnerable to be treated. The big picture seems to be that their value isn't intrinsic, but in the revenue they engender.
Schuyler Dundee Primary Care has excellent staff. Always friendly and caring.
Dr. Spalding's was kind and courteous. Dr. Spalding and his staff takes care of my nieces and nephews and has always been professional. I would highly recommend anyone to go his office.
Dr. Saks and the staff at primary care are wonderful and always go out of their way to help when we are in need.
Thank you for getting my very unhappy 1 year old with an ear infection in and out within 35 minutes! The ER staff was so very kind and reassuring. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
