I moved from another state and I was getting pain management services. I had previous pain management doctors and my neuro send sufficient records to show i needed services and they denied me. First off they never call you back. Second, the woman who answers the phone is very rude and treated me like I was doing something wrong when all I wanted was an explanation and to see if I could send in more records and she wouldn’t even listen to me.
