I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were late a few times to my appointments. The lobby is always full, so it's obvious many people choose Highland for their medical needs. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that I could call and leave a message for a nurse, who call back right away.
It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
