Everyone knows they are the best around! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I work on Labor and Delivery and have experience with each of the delivering providers. I absolutely would recommend Dr Schutzer. He is kind and compassionate and answered all of my and my husband's questions. His patients LOVE him since he treats them all with respect.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? No, they were very disrespectful Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little

Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Yes, in-depth Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? No, they were very disrespectful Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
