Been here since 2019,and I love my place. Reuben and Alex are the best! I recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live. 20ft ceilings, and the pillar's in my apartment..I just love it.
Ruben and Sherry were so helpful!! I stopped in to see if they were leasing and Ruben was in the office and immediately gave me a tour. I really appreciated when the floor plan I wanted wasn’t available they followed up with me when it was.
Called multiple times after being told to submit multiple applications after the submission of those documents I was told that they had certain floor plans available and to submit more documents to which I never received a reply I then called even more just to be told I was gonna be called back then after finally putting my foot down I was told the units where not available and I was placed on a waitlist absolutely unacceptable and a waste of my time.
Im sorry but most of the good reviews are lies and payed for. -the staff only cleans the building when there is a showing, manager does not answer emails, or phone calls, and he hides in his office does not answer the door when ever tenants have a concern, the elevator is always stuck, he evicted a tenant who rescued him from the falling elevator, the security cameras don't work when delivery packages are stolen and he does nothing about it, tenants caught covid because the gym room is never disinfected, manager does not che... read more
