Can’t even ask a question without them screaming at you this is not a place you want to go
If I could leave a zero star review I would. This place makes you feel irrelevant to what you need and the doctors do not listen to you!! When you need something done they are rude and do not help you or the process will not get done until it benefits them. If you have medical issues they make you feel like its being made up or there's nothing they can do. Do not go here for the safety of yourself and your baby!
They don’t listen to concerns at all. This was the final chance I give them after the past 10 years. It’s hard to get seen, concerns are disregarded. I seen Hailey Nale and though she was kind, it was so defeating and sad to see she was no different. This place needs to be shut down. All of them. I only use them as a last resort doc. I’ve had false negative and positive results before, long wait times, and scheduled pushed too far out. They need a nurse visit schedule or something. Waiting 1-2 months every time on pretty important or painful issues is crazy!! Will say med assistants do respond fast on MyChart. that’s the only plus about them. So much I could say as far a review but I will leave it at this
It would be in my best interest regarding my health and safety to avoid this place for the rest of my life. Overall, terrible treatment. Clinic Manager Vicky will do nothing to ensure improved services. Zero empathy for my experiences. Terrible communication. Inaccurate chart details. Mixing up my identity with someone else.
