Dr Tim Schuster (Urology) is one of the best doctors I have had in my 67 years. He is completely thorough, easy to talk to and calming & encouraging.

Dr. Schuster was AMAZING! We took our adult special needs son to him for an issue. He sent us directly to the lab after our appointment. Later in the evening he call us to let us know his blood work was within normal range. He knew we were very concerned, (since he is non-verbal) it was so nice that we did not have to wait several days for it to show up on on MY CHART. To me he went beyond what was expected.
Dr Schuster lied to me about the turp procedure when he said nothing would change, the only thing he talked about was retrograde ejaculation he failed to mention any other complications such as ED, and that this procedure will damage the nerves of the prostrate and that it could take several years to regain and feeling, all he wanted to do was pills and injections all which were unsuccessful, when he was told things were not working he stated that he never heard of this. Dr. Schuster NEVER showed up to the hospital to see my mother. She was in agonizing pain and misery. We were told he was coming.........NEVER did. A different urologist had to do surgery on my mother due to this Schuster doctor never showing up (despite SEVERAL calls to Lori (Laurie). The patient care at Toledo Hospital is a complete joke. We have always gone to Toledo Hospital, but after this nightmare, we are done. Please do your research on these doctors and hospitals because they are not about patient care anymore. I have been a patient of Dr. Schuster for about 10 years. He is very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain the problem. He is very friendly and professional. The staff is also great to work with and I always get seen at the scheduled time or even earlier. I would highly recommend Dr. Schuster and his staff.
