I was turned away 2 days before my appointment after one was made 3 weeks ago by their office. I was given no notice to find another dentist who participates with the same insurance. I was given no reason why, nor was I able to speak with Dr Shuster. This was very unprofessional, inconvient and rude on his part. I can only hope this happens to him sometime soon.
Dr Schuster is an excellent dentist whom I trust with my dental care. He has a very gentle touch and is very knowledgeable and current regarding dental procedures including routine care and cosmetic procedures. The staff is efficient and pleasant. I would highly recommend him to others.
Dr. Schuster is a fine and able dentist and runs a professional shop. He is proactive and will recommended things be fixed even before they become a problem (this may or may not be a positive in your book). However, his office manager is quite rude and dismissive. As a paying customer, i do not appreciate being 'talked down' and so, regrettably, i have decided to take my business elsewhere (even though the other staffers are good, the office manager's negative demeanor outweighs their attitude).
Dr Schuster is a professional, qualified, competent, and sensitive dentist. He is always accurate in his treatment and his staff is courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend him! I have had nothing but positive experiences.
I've had no problems with this dental office. Schuster is just fine, professional, congenial, and actually was very helpful in finding a referall doctor that same day to see me. It turns out that referrral saved me from having to get braces, which would have been a waste of money in my case - so I'm very greatful for that--he took my concerns seriously, unlike a few other dentists I've seen in my day. Dr. Schuster saved me a lot of money by negating some unnecessary recommendations from another dentist. He has fantastic assistants who are helpful and comforting as well as a very comfortable and clean facility.
Dr. Schuster is very compassionate, competent,and caring. When I first went to Dr. Schuster nearly 16 years ago, his chair-side manners were what I needed. I had neglected my dental care because of a bad experience that I had as a child. Most people thought that I was mean because I did not smile much. The truth of the matter was that I needed to have quite a bit of dental work and was ashamed of my teeth. My husband had been a patient for years and would comfort me. Customer service is poor to down right rude. The 2 ladies at the front desk are not nice at all. The older lady is the worst; nasty. I had cavaity filled and my mouth was in pain for over six weeks. I would not reccomend this pratice to anyone.
