Beautiful office, very friendly staff, the doctor diagnosed my condition right away and I felt relief in just a few days. Highly recommend this office!!

upon my visit to Dr.Schumanns office i was greeted by the receptionist, with a big smile and a very warm welcome i knew this was the place for me. i got checked in which was a very fast process i must say the receptionist is very good at her job. i only had about a 10 minute wait time, the nurse called me back, she has a wonderful personality and was extremely helpful. i had another 5 minute wait and then dr.schumann came in, he is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me.
Dr. Schumann and his staff are very knowledgeable. I have been seeing Dr. Schumann for several years and would never consider changing doctors. He has always been very professional. His staff is wonderful. His nurses, Victoria and Rakel are outstanding. Such bubbly personalities and they have always bent over backwards to help me get prescriptions refilled or get me in for an emergency appointment. The new receptionist is very pleasant and greets you with a warm smile.
Physician misdiagnosed condition. Saw this doctor twice about suspected Psoriosis (had been diagnosed clinically as such by two prior dermatologists). Dr insisted that it was regular dermatitis. Prescribed the regular topical cortisone. Had little effect. On second visit he did not amend his initial diagnosis. Diagnosis was given after about a 1 - 2 minute examination. Visit to a subsequent dermatologist and a biopsy sample again confirmed Psoriosis.
Very rude Doctor. I happened to be in the area so I stopped by to request a prescription refill. The girl up front was very friendly but when the Doctor overheard me asking about a refill he became angry that I had stopped by. He told me to never stop by, to only leave a message on the nurses line. He seemed very inconvenienced.
He told me other options where my previous Dermatologist never advised me of. Much less invasive too.
