From the moment I walked into Schumacher Volkswagen of Palm Beach, I was greeted by salesman - CJ. CJ was extremely patient, knowledgeable with all VW products, professional and most of all welcoming. I really stopped by to inquire about a VW, but CJ, Manager Pierre and Finance Manager Phil made a phenomenal deal that I couldn’t walk away from. They sweetened the deal with sugar, not Splenda. I ended up purchasing a vehicle because of CJ and the management team.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this last visit was beyond disappointing. I paid $468 for a complete service and oil change, asked them to refill the coolant and check why it wasn’t working, and they told me everything was done. As soon as I left, the tire pressure was low, the coolant was still empty, and the engine area was dirty. They even claimed to have rotated the tires, yet they were left without air.
