I just had a horrible experience at this location. To start, I was in both the showroom and the parking lot for at least 20 minutes without a single employee approaching me to offer assistance. Eventually, Bryan Alfonso came over to help, but unfortunately, the interaction only made the experience worse. I wasn’t there to test drive a vehicle or take up anyone’s time.
