It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I am a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. I was amazed that I never felt anything, not even the anesthetic shots! Very compassionate and careful. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled.
