First time visit to Schumacher Lincoln. Being 70 years old and not very tech savvy have been having issues with a Brand new 2025 Lincoln Nautilis purchased in Michigan. Come down to Florida and service advisor. Michael Pagan actually made us feel like family as their advertisement says! He actually took time to explain things to us, which was extremely helpful! This is definitely one of the top service premier I've received from all Dealerships here in Florida!! I've struggled with problems on my new car and landed at this dealership.
