My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Schumacher's and we picked out both our wedding bands from here as well, all of the staff are sooo amazing and helpful! I absolutely love my ring and I just picked up my fiancés wedding band today and its awesome! They always know who you are when coming in, very personable! It has been a great experience!

Schumacher's did an amazing job custom designing my wedding ring 18 years ago and they have great customer service! I just had to have my ring resized and I can't even tell where they cut it!

I contacted schumacher diamond cutters to place a round, brilliant cut colorless diamond into a brand new semi mount that I purchased. The staff was helpful on the phone, and told me that they would be glad to set my stone in the ring. However, when I arrived, I was told they are declining to set my stone...simply because I asked them if they warranty their work.
