It seems by the long list of poor reviews many people bring their car in for it to get lost in the process of repair. The last two times I brought my car in it was 4-5 weeks the second was 7.5 weeks. Part of this was the service advisor that did my intake did not fill out the warranty information correctly costing a week for approvals. Joshua and the service department is so awesome these guys do what they say they're going to do in a timely fashion and get your stuff done and get it done right and that's a big deal these days
Came in for an oil change and my tires rotated . Dealership lost the key to my wheel locks last time they rotated my tires.. apparently. They didn't have any new locks in stock so I had to come back. They never contacted me to come back. I complained after a week. They suddenly have plenty of locks in stoke. I make an appointment for 10am. I get here at 950am. Service advisors are completely fraudulent, clear codes, left me in a very bad and unsafe situation. Main manager over there doesn’t reply to emails. Both service advisors didn’t reply calls for two days on a brand new vehicle that had an engine seize. . Very disappointing. I do not recommend it all.
You added an item on my service ,oil additive for $26.95 which I did not order. Also, had a coupon for free tire rotation which I was charged for$49.95. Not happy with Schumacher Delray Dealer is crediting the $49.95
