The Schumacher group are the type of people you want to do business with. The service and sales team really stepped up to the plate and fixed a situation that was unfortunate to say the least. The Schumacher team did the right thing and probably gained a customer for life in the process. Big thanks to the Schumacher team for restoring my faith in dealerships!
This is the absolute worst place to service a vehicle. The service team never answers the phone ever, and when it goes to the operator they state they are going to try and get someone from service and never can. Do anything you can to avoid this place.

The mere lack of any semblance of customer service is deplorable. I went in here with working brakes on my car, drove it myself, and suddenly my diagnosis is that “the car’s brake pedal arrived on the floor”. I drove it there just fine, so thats weird. I only brought it in because the transmission service light popped up, and the ONLY solution they deemed plausible was to replace the entire PTU for 5k. How did you come to that conclusion, I asked.
