Great Service by John Highfield. Accommodated my time restraints and did a Great Job. Great Customer Service
This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever worked at in my lifetime. There is zero communication, and they often hold vehicles longer than necessary. Their approach to guests is unprofessional, and they fail to communicate effectively. The new phone AI system is not functioning properly. Never get anyrespoend from anyone I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this dealership if you want it fixed.
Service dept greeter was very rude.I brought my Ram in for an oil change, and I was the 3rd person in line at 7:10 am. There was another 4 cars pulled up after me. When they opened at 7:30am . She went to greet everyone else to assign a service advisor, and me last. I mentioned to her I was the third person in line, and all I needed was an oil change.She didn’t want to hear it.
