Amazing Experience
The process to negotiate the terms on the car was smooth and easy. John Lee was friendly and professional. It was after we agreed to terms that the delays started. It took an hour to get into the finance office. And even then there were discrepencies with the price of the car which caused furhter delays. We eventually got it all figured out but the delays marred the experience.
Everything from the purchase to the service has been a fabulous experience. The staff is professional and courteous. They really make you feel like family.
Ryan was my service team member. He was excellent from start to finish answering all my questions for the service of my Buick Envision.
