The seller team are very irresponsible ,I have contact then to buy a car , after we made the reservations the saller team confirms the reservation for me to but the car and I show to the dealership they had sold the car , meaning they had make me travel from Orlando to west palm beach for no reason. Big liars Make me waste my time and money.
This is my fifth time coming to this dealership, and no one ever helps me. Not a single salesperson here.
Called to schedule service for new VW Jetta that was leased at another dealership. Was told that I would have to come out of pocket to have to included service comepleted by Schumacher. Called Gunther and they scheduled me with no issue and confirmed that this service is included by VW.
Horrible experience . On the phone johnny told me he could get me at 19.5k out the door, I drive 2 hours and arrive there and he denies saying he could get me to 19.5 . He than says almost 22k out the door btw the car was listed for 16,783 . They lower it to 19.8 with my trade in and the next day I agree. He takes forever to respond and the day after sends me a credit application to fill out and 2 hours later tell me the cars sold. Its just games with them and wasn’t a good experience , overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone .
Really disappointed with our experience we had with the finance department, David Rodriguez. They kept our original plate and David Rodriguez assured us we would not have to worry about a thing regarding getting a new one. 3 months and 3 temporary plates later, we have to file a police report for a “missing” plate because they kept our original plate and lost it.
