I called them once and a woman answered. I had a simple question. and probably would've bought from them. BUT. She told me to please hold I waited for a good 15+min. She never came back so I hung up and called right back. She answered. I told Her I was just on the phone with Her and I think we got cut off. You know, to say it in a nice way. A well stocked parts department and knowledgeable staff makes Shultz Small Engine the "go to" place for your small engine (and Grasshopper mower) needs.
These people need a lesson in customer service. The lady at the counter is not helpful, just plain rude. I will no longer buy or do service at this place.

Small Engine Repair I've had my lawn mower serviced here and was happy with the service provided. They get the work done in a timely fashion and the final bill matches what they estimated. Good place to go for service.
This is the place for all your lawn and garden needs. I have purchased a rider and push mower. Chainsaw and a snowblower. Everything runs and works great. With them taking care of the P.M, everything will run for years. I will not buy anything from anybody else.
