I called on a whim, they are a neighbor to our business of Oklahoma Trailers Direct. I spoke with Greg on my currently shipping situation and without asking many questions he said he would com by and take a look. Within an hour he was by to see what we needed help with. We needed to ship a trailer to Colorado for a customer, and needed it banded to a pallet. The lady was extremely rude to one of the sweetest people in my family. Incompetent people like this are not worth doing business with and I guess we aren’t supposed to ask questions or change plans according to the hag that works the phones. Professionalism went out the window with these people. If you decide to use them, bring your ear plugs for when she starts to yell if you change your mind or ask questions when trying to LEARN SOMETHING!!
The man sounds to be good. The woman hung up on us a very rude and doesn’t seem to understand that in construction things change! This was before fabrication even started. May be be better off using cattails . Don’t buy trusses, dog food, or kitty litter from people like this! We will use a good company!
