Bill's report was so thorough and included details and recommendations that will be critical in resolving problems. He was very accomodating in scheduling the inspection, and his report included supplements highlighting urgent and safey issues, as well as an organized a plan of action by categories. He also was very helpful in answering follow up questions after the report was published.

The report gave us a very detailed view of issues we need to address in the home we're purchasing, and were organized in a very easy to consumer manner while also being organized by area.
