Just traded in my first leased car ever, a 2015 Ford Explorer for another 2018 Ford Explorer. Staff was excellent and very nice. They found the car I wanted 200 miles away and got it for me super quick. Pickup went very smooth, the gentleman who showed me the electronics in the car was very nice and informative. They even programmed in all my settings while I was signing papers.
Good service. Didn't like the price but they tried to help as much as they could.
Amy was very knowledgeable and helpful - unfortunately the car I was interested in was sold the day I initially contact this dealership.
