I placed two Mother’s Day orders 5/2020. The arrangements were not like the picture and I have not ordered since. Since then I have received email confirmations for other people’s orders and now they charged my card! They say they are unable to refund it and I have to contact my bank under fraud. Now I have to get a new debit card and dispute it with my bank. Customer service? I think not.
