I have worked at SPM for close to 30 years. It is a great company that offers many opportunities to its' employees.
If you are looking for a great career and thinking about your future this is a company that will allow you to achieve your goals. Everybody is willing to lend you a helping hand whenever it is needed. If you are looking for a great job Schultes is the place for you.
I started off as an intern and was given a chance to grow into my current position. The company is very nimble and emphasizes growth and continuous improvement. There is some serious talent here.
The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because I actually never made it past the interview (thank god). They lie to get you in for an interview and then treat you like garbage during the interview. They obviously only care about the $$. Attention all machinists. This is a sweatshop. Avoid at all costs.
