After leasing with them for 2 years, I'm lowering their rating. There is absolutely horrible poor response from management. In addition, those who do not directly deal with tenants on a day to day basis are rude in unsympathetic towards our requests. Schulhof will do anything they can to delay calls and save themselves money even though tenants pay high rent and parking lot fees. Especially in the winter. Studio: 531 n 18th st. Cons -You can literally hear every movement from the person living above you -Toliet broke 2 days into moving in.
