Prichards.... worst dealership ever!
Purchased a car brand new and part of the deal was lifetime oil changes, batteries and tires. The dealership staff makes obtaining the promised services so difficult its nearly impossible in an attempt to get you to give up and just pay for the services. I have ultimately had to pay for new tires myself several times because they refuse to replace them until they are life-threateningly destroyed and unsafe to drive on. Buying my car there was a no problem. I sold car 3 years later. Called Bob about canceling my gap insurance and went around a couple of days not hearing from him. He then got it all figured out and said I would get a check in 6 weeks. Waited the 6 weeks and nothing. Called about it and got told it was canceled but never got the check wrote out.
